BYOS is all about skipping small talk, fostering real connection over meaningful meals, and ultimately creating a world with more listening. This month we are partnering with our friends at Third Culture Cooks (founded by a BYOS member!) to offer the "Bordered" dining experience exclusively for our community.
We will savour a home-cooked, traditional Punjabi meal from both sides of the border (not your average tikka masala!) and explore the 1947 partition of Punjab. Ragini will lead us through the courses, sharing the history, context and anecdotes of the food and the conflict.
